Message from TJ

I believe healing begins with acknowledging how heavy life can feel at times. Many people carry the weight of expectations, responsibilities, past experiences, and unspoken worries, often feeling as though they have to manage everything on their own. You don’t have to do that here. I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and not alone in what you’re carrying.
