Message from Alisha:
"I believe that every person could benefit from therapy at some point in their lives, as we all experience difficult events and obstacles, and we don’t always have the tools to deal with them. Therapy provides a great opportunity to explore concerns, to be heard and validated, to cultivate helpful tools, and to find acceptance and empowerment in your life’s direction. As a counselor it is of utmost importance to me to treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion. It takes courage to reach out for help and to be vulnerable with another person, and I would take care to nurture and help you in working through your challenges and towards your goals."
